COMPANY POLICY

COVID-19

​

Her Health Co is committed to following public health guidelines and will work to ensure your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

​

Please complete a self-assessment within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, notify us at contact@herhealthco.ca. Please stay home and self-isolate. Symptoms include:

​

  • Fever of 38°C and greater

  • Cough

  • Sore Throat

  • Shortness of Breath

  • Difficulty Breathing

  • Flu-Like Symptoms (aches and pains)

  • Runny Nose and Nasal Congestion

 

Please do not arrive early for your appointment - entry will only be permitted at the time of your appointment to allow for adequate disinfection and cleaning between clients. 

 

Please do not book appointments within two weeks of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine or booster. This is to prevent any abnormal immune responses or hypersensitivity reactions that may arise from cosmetic injections.

BOOKING A TREATMENT

Clients must be 18 years or older to book a treatment with Her Health Co.

​

Please note that a $50 deposit will be required to book a consultation. If you decide to proceed with treatment, this deposit will go towards the total price of the service. If you do not wish to proceed with treatment, your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel your appointment in a timely manner, the deposit will also be refunded.

Appointments can only be booked via our online booking service or by emailing us. No appointments will be accepted over social media direct message. No walk-ins will be permitted.

Refunds will not be accepted for completed services and treatments. Any questions and concerns can be brought up to Her Health Co by emailing the clinic.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Clients are responsible for showing up on time to their scheduled appointment. To cancel an appointment, clients must email or cancel online AT LEAST 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Appointments cancelled without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of $50. Social media direct messages or text messages are not considered an acceptable method of cancellation.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s appointment time. If clients arrive later than 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will need to rebook.

If clients fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without adequate notice, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be responsible for rescheduling the missed appointment. If a client fails to show up for an appointment this will result in a charge of $50.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Our clients' privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. No personal information will be shared with others without your permission. Her Health Co takes measures to protect any personal information collected prior to treatment and this information is stored securely and temporarily. Personal information obtained is used to: provide exceptional medical treatment and care, to improve the quality of our healthcare services, receive payment for treatment and products (i.e. credit card number), educate and inform patients, comply with regulatory standards and fulfill other purposes required by law.

Patients have access to their own personal health care records and can update or withdraw consent for any of the uses listed above subject to legal exceptions.
